Our journey began in Brooklyn, New York. Kristy is a lifelong New Yorker, and I (Josh) moved from Florida to pursue my MBA at NYU. Like so many others during the pandemic, we found city life challenging with everything shut down and daily routines disrupted. Seeking a better quality of life, we decided to make the move to Stamford, Connecticut—a vibrant community where we could put down roots and focus on what mattered most.
In Stamford, we both built careers in healthcare, dedicating ourselves to supporting patients and helping create life-saving medications. While we found purpose in our work, we realized that the corporate world left us feeling unfulfilled. We wanted to shift our focus to something more personal—helping people directly and making a difference in our community.
In late 2024, we launched Sell My CT Home Today, a real estate investment company rooted in our shared passion for service and education. Whether it’s guiding homeowners through their options, simplifying the selling process, or solving tough situations, we are committed to helping people make the best decisions for their unique circumstances.
